Five core skills from a complete system

Red Wave School trains players through a full development system that builds them level by level, from the foundations up to elite play. Every level combines fitness, technique and game awareness, and most players work through it over months.

This clinic pulls five of the most important fundamentals out of that system and teaches them in one weekend:

• Lateral slide
• Breakout shooting
• Run and shoot
• Snake
• Snap shooting

Every complete player has to own these skills. That's why they're also the five drills of the Paintball Combine. The Combine measures them, and this clinic is where you learn to execute them the right way.

Red Wave doesn't just run them. Red Legion's coaches take every drill apart step by step: the fitness, the coordination, the technique. Then they rebuild it until each movement flows into the next. It's deliberate, detailed, condensed training, and it's how Red Legion trains.

From single drills to full choreography

Over 2.5 days, you'll go from learning each piece to putting them all together. Coaches watch every skill connect, give feedback in real time, and show you exactly where to improve. The training is built out for snake, D-side and back players.

Red Wave brings the method and the coaches. BKi brings the organization and evaluation behind its pro camps and player development. Every player leaves with detailed coach notes and a written evaluation of their strengths and next steps.

For the last ten years, BKi has been a place where players learn the game online and then take that training onto the field in person.

As BKi relaunches, clinics like this one will become a core part of how we teach. The goal is to bring high-level training closer to home, region by region, and to put some of the best players and professors in the game within reach of more players. The Red Wave clinic is part of that push.

Limited spots
