It cripples some of the most physically athletic players I’ve ever seen and cuts their dreams of playing pro short. They lack that “gut instinct” to make the right move. Sometimes that right move nets your 5 kills in less than 20 seconds.
How do you remove hesitation from your game? Instead of focusing on winning games at practice, why not focus instead on pushing yourself to the limit. Try and see what moves are possible. If you’re not losing in practice, you’re not trying hard enough to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
