It’s basic, but not so basic. It’s a common mistake I see all too often at my clinics. It’s easy to look natural and have correct form when drilling, but as soon as the real buzzer sounds, people lose focus and go back to old habits. Ingrain this behavior into your mind off the paintball field so it becomes 2nd nature when under pressure.
