50 Sprint Combine Challenge.
This challenge is very straightforward. We need to know how fast you are off the gate. You are going to sprint downfield. Once there, you will quickly raise your marker up and shoot to the left or right at a target. You will get only one shot, so make it count.
The obvious metric here is overall speed, so that will be the definitive measurement. However, field awareness and accuracy are an important factor in this sport. With that said, you will be penalized for not stopping or controlling your momentum in at the end point and you will also be penalized for missing the target. Pay attention to where you are going!
You will run this drill two times, once with the left hand, once with the right. Please note that you must run the entirety of the drill right and left-handed from the start gate.
