Outdoor Speed and Endurance Training w/ Scott Kemp
All you will need is an open field of at least 100 yards, 20-30 minutes and your will to push past failure.
Active Warm up:
- Jumping jacks 60 seconds
- Sprint 100 yards at 50% max effort. Walk back and repeat 5x’s
- Lunge 50 yards. Walk back and repeat 3xs
Workout:
- Sprint 100 yards max effort. Lunge back to starting spot. Max pushups for 30 seconds. (rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 7-10xs)
Cool down:
- Jog 100 yards back and forth at 15-20% max effort for 2 minutes.
