This drill simulates what you will be doing on an actual tournament field layout prior to the event. You will be breaking down a small section of the field to exercise quick shots and movements.
The goal of this drill is to help you feel more fluid with the areas of the field you will likely be playing in a tournament. By repeating specific shots and movements; the target is to become more comfortable executing gameplay in a more efficient manner. By focusing on quick shots you should see an improvement of accuracy that will reduce on-field errors. It is important to film yourself if possible to look at overall body movements and execution speed. |
