This drill simulates what you will be doing on an actual tournament field layout prior to the event. You will be breaking down a small section of the field to exercise quick shots and movements.
| The goal of this drill is to help you feel more fluid with the areas of the field you will likely be playing in a tournament. By repeating specific shots and movements; the target is to become more comfortable executing gameplay in a more efficient manner. By focusing on quick shots you should see an improvement of accuracy that will reduce on-field errors. It is important to film yourself if possible to look at overall body movements and execution speed. |
