Post Practice Workout
It’s the end of practice, you are tired, ready to go eat and go home. I know that feeling trust me. Sometimes practice is so long and tiring that when coach yells out, “few more points and lets wrap it up.” It’s music to your ears. But guess what, you want to be better, you want to be the best… then you have to work for it. Always ask yourself what your competitors are doing and how you can outwork them. Start by doing this post practice workout that will be a great way to end your hard practice.
This is a fun workout drill I started making the whole team do at the end of practice, and I want you guys to do the same. If you have a team, make them all do this. If you are only out there with a couple people that works too.5 min Post Practice Workout:
- Reverse sprint into forward sprint (3 rounds each way)
- Side shuffle (3 rounds each way)
- Bear crawls (3 rounds each way)
- Squat hold with hand overhead until the last man is standing
