Limbo Diving for Quick Bumps w/ Grayson Goff

Here’s a drill I came up with two weeks ago but finally got around to filming it since I see a lot of players make this mistake when making small quick bumps.

Remember to focus on keeping your bodyweight moving forward almost like your going to fall on your face. Use quick explosive power to make the bump behind the bunker.
