I get it, you’re busy, we’re all very busy. You’re not alone! But throwing your training out the window doesn’t have to be the answer. You can make excuses or you can make changes to stay on track. Here is my at home work out and all you’ll need is 10 minutes tops!
*Active warmup* 2 min (jumping jacks, stretching)
- Burpies without the pushups 8-15
- Oblique toe taps 10-20
- tricep pushups 8-12
- Squats 20-30
- Assisted hand stands 10-20
4-6 rounds total, one after another
