We have all been in the crouched down low snap shooting position, some more often than others. But it’s still an uncomfortable position if you don’t practice it very often and it can mean the difference of winning your battle down the wire or giving the other team dominance because you’re not confident in your own skill.
What you’ll need:
1 resistance band
1 8-10lb dumbbell or kettle bell
A pole to mount the band around
*Perform the snap drill for 10 reps 3-5 sets left handed and right handed
