This drill I designed is simple and can be done anywhere to help you work on speed, agility, mobility and endurance. And in return, this drill will really help you beat your mirror to their spot and get your gun up before them. That split second or two can make all the difference in the world.
- Set cones up 10-15 feet apart
- 10 reps each side
- 3-5 sets total
- 1-2 min rest between sets
