Stairs are everywhere and easy to find. Get to a set of open stairs anywhere from 20-100 steps. You can’t sprint up the machine stairs at the gym like you can stationary stairs. The best part about stair sprints is that it’s super low impact on your joints compared to running flat land. Especially if you are a heavy set guy and find that your knees start to hurt from flat land, then stairs are your new best friend.
Rest time is your walk back down to the bottom. As soon as you get to the bottom you are starting the next set right away.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a course?
