One of my biggest pet peeves is when people are crawling down the snake or into the next dorito slower than a snail! For one, you are at a greater chance of getting shot and the other downfall is you potentially lose all your great cross field shots.
I have designed 3 exercises you can perform with gliders that will help you speed up your movements when you crawl. This is a HIIT training exercise that will improve your upper and lower body speed and strength. They are tough so I want you guys and gals to feel my pain too!
3 sets each
20 second rest between each set
- Both hands on gilders, crawling as fast as you can with your legs. Keep your butt down as low as possible.
- One hand and one leg on gliders using only the other side of the body to crawl as fast as you can. Then swap sides.
- Both feet on gliders keeping your body flat. Crawling only with your arms as fast as you can.
