This is hands down one of my favorite drill and all you need is one other person to join you. If you find yourself at the paintball field with not much to work with, this one will go a long way and can really last all day with just a bag of paint.
The snap shot is such an important element in the game of paintball, along with posting up on your opponent and being steady and accurate with fast reaction speed. Working on both of these is a great way to improve your individual skills that can really make the game changing moves.
One person will post as the other will snap. Each only firing one paintball. Then switch to the other side of the bunker. Repeating this motion back and forth for 5 reps on each side (10 total), but taking your time. Remember, this is a drill and it’s okay to get shot. As the snapper, work on being accurate and as the poster focus on being steady and responsive.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a course?
