This drill is designed for the mid player who has a short break out and needs to pull his gun up quick for a shot off the break.
Don’t neglect this one if you’re a front or back player either. With the field layouts we’ve been seeing lately, every position player can find themselves in this type of short breakout where that extra step faster can mean the difference between getting a kill or dying yourself.
Perform this drill 5-10 times with resting periods of 20-30 seconds. Go at your own speed at first and take your time until you fell comfortable with it. Also, be sure to warm up and stretch prior.
