One of the advantage of being first to market and actually staying dedicated to BKi over the past 2 years is that I’ve met quite a few amazing individuals willing to give me sage advice and help in this crazy journey. Andrew is no exception. He emailed me this out of the blue..
“My name is Andrew C., I teach biomechanics in golf at Joey D Golf in Jupiter, FL. Biomechanics is basically how Anatomy and Physics collide in the human body, and how to move it as efficiently as possible. Specifically, I help professionals and amateurs train the body so that they can create strong and efficient muscle patterns needed for movements in the golf swing…”
Let’s just say I was instantly intrigued. I’ve been teaching people to lane, snap shoot, and how to position their body in just about every aspect of paintball. Immediately I was curious if I was doing this correctly in relation to something as advanced as biomechanics. Despite his golf background, Andrew understands the human body and how it all works together. You could even make the argument that movements in golf are quite a bit more complicated than paintball. I knew he could bring tremendous value to BKi.
My first phone call with Andrew lasted an hour long. He had me standing up and moving around to see how small adjustments could change the efficiency in certain situations. Let’s just say I was hooked and knew I wanted to include him and his advice on the site. I was also fortunate to find out, most of my teaching is anatomically correct!
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a course?
