Improving Imbalances w/ Scott Kemp
Do you tend to favor your strong side? If you are right-handed do you generally hold your gun in your right hand when walking around or even playing? This is common and very natural but it’s important to make sure you are equal in strength and comfort on both sides of your body. So today I want to show you guys how to work on building equal strength in your lower body.
Perform 10-15 reps each leg for a total of 3-5 sets. Rest only 20 seconds between each leg and set.
**Only progress to advances version if you feel comfortable with the original version.
