This can be the difference of staying alive or dying. We’ve all be in those tight uncomfortable positions where we’re trying to get as small as possible and our body is telling us, “ouch this sucks!” Well, I have three very important paintball stretches and techniques you can work on to help improve this.
Perform these stretches and foam rolling techniques before and after workouts and paintball. You’ll notice a huge improvement in just a few days I promise you!
