This is one of my favorite at the field workout/paintball drills you can do.
I recommend you do this one in the morning as you’re getting warmed up. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up, work on accuracy, build strength and increase that endurance all in one!
Perform 2-3 full sets each side (right and left). Rest between each set as needed. Trust me, 2-3 is all you’ll need.
