Dynamic Bunker to Bunker Movement w/ Scott Kemp
Every second and every step counts in this game. That being said we must be as efficient as possible when finding an opening to make our bump to the next spot. This is a great drill I created that can be done in any open area. All you need is two marked points 15 feet apart. You can begin 5 times to the right, 5 times to the left. 30 second rest period for a total of 5-7 reps.
