This new training series will start off with you on flat land in an open area. You will need a single 8 lb dumbbell that can be purchased from your local sports store. You will also need your pack and pods. Load pods up with sand and add in an 8 lb weight to simulate your set up. After performing each sprint, your cool down is the walk back. Once you get back to the start, sprint for another 50-75 feet.

- Sprint on flat land for 50-75 feet
