

This is a simple yet challenging exercise that will improve your agility, balance and endurance. The explosive movement and landing on one leg will also help strength your stabilizing ligaments and muscles to further decrease injury percentage.
Set two cones 5 feet apart from each other and hop side to side. As you hop to your left you will land on your left leg and touch the cone with your right hand. Then hop to the right, landing on your right leg touching the cone with your left hand.
Repeat this for 20-40 sec and rest 1 minute. Complete for a total of 5-10 reps. You can use this as a warm up or a finisher for training.
