Advanced Shoulder Stretch w/ Scott Kemp
If you have shoulder pain and loss of mobility you’re not alone. It happens to a lot of people. The shoulder joint rotates on a ball and socket pivot and can be aggravated much easier than a hinge joint such as a knee or elbow. This advanced stretch has done wonders for me over the last couple weeks and I had to share it with you all!
