This is my 3 piece for speed training plan because all you need are these 3 awesome exercises and a little open area. In this order with no rest you will perform these for a total of 5-7 rounds. Your rest is the walk back to your starting position.
Long jump: Squat down and jump forward as far as you can. Always land heal to toe and with your knees bent. Notice how fast I’m moving. As soon as I hit the ground I’m taking off again. This is great for explosive speed. I’m also using my arms for momentum
Lunges: You guys should love these by now. A little easer then the long jump, giving you time for your legs to slightly recover. This should be slower and controlled. Keep your hands by your ears your by your chest.
Sprint Full Speed: All out sprint to exhaust the legs and fire off that speed!
